Hey Guys, I just wanted to share my story quickly as it may help some of you 😊 Amazon incorrectly placed an 'Adult' flag on my listing making it unsearchable, this was a real nightmare as they rejected 2 appeals and I had a big order on its way. Great work from Or Shamosh in getting our suspended ASIN back. It was taken over by another brand in February; they removed all our content including EBC in an attempt to attribute our 763 reviews to their product. Amazon were not very helpful and eventually issued a Policy Violation to us for trying to change the content back to the correct product. Seller Appeal helped us create an appeal and after submitting it 3 times (twice to jeff@) finally it was reinstated this morning. So once again thank you Or Shamosh for your help.
