More about our team and experience

Send the warning. Tell us the deadline.

Send Amazon's message, when you need to respond and what has happened so far. Include the deadline and time zone in your message if Amazon states them. We will review the warning and available records, identify what needs addressing and explain the proposed work and fee. You do not need to gather every document or know which service to choose before contacting us.

Let's see what it will take to resolve this.

Why we ask: tell us what happened. A real person reviews what you send and replies in writing with your case strategy, including our assessment of the case and the approach we recommend. We also include the fee before you decide whether to proceed.

About 3 minutes. We save your progress as you go.

Whatever the warning concerns

Send us the warning. We will work through it with you.

A short deadline is stressful enough without having to work out which policy or service applies. Start with Amazon's message and the time you have to respond. We will investigate the issue, explain what is needed and handle the agreed appeal work.

We support account-level and ASIN-level warnings, including cases where the account is active but a listing, offer or inventory is already restricted.

Review my Amazon warning
  1. Account at risk of deactivation

Your Amazon seller account may still be active when a warning puts it at risk of deactivation. Send the Performance Notification and any earlier response. We check the allegation, Account Health issue and deadline, then prepare the response the facts support. You do not need to wait until Amazon suspends the account to ask for help.

  2. Listing or ASIN at risk of removal

A listing at risk of removal needs attention even when the rest of your account is active. An ASIN, offer or FBA inventory may also already be restricted. We check which products and inventory are affected and what Amazon requires for each. An accepted account appeal does not automatically resolve a separate listing restriction.

  3. Review manipulation or review policy violation

A review manipulation warning can involve inserts, QR destinations, incentives, buyer messages or a service provider's activity. We examine the complete customer journey and relevant records, identify what Amazon has questioned and prepare a supported dispute or corrective response. If something needs to stop or change, we explain what and why.

  4. Defective, damaged or used-sold-as-new complaints

Defective products: We review reported faults, returns, inspections and affected inventory to establish what happened.

Damaged products: We examine packaging, handling and fulfillment records to identify where damage may have occurred.

Used sold as new: We assess the stated condition complaint alongside sourcing, returns, packaging and inventory records. A product condition complaint appeal should address the actual allegation. Where a Plan of Action is appropriate, its corrections must reflect the issue established by the evidence.

  5. Product safety complaint or warning

An Amazon product safety complaint appeal starts with the concern Amazon has raised. A reported incident, a product safety investigation, a missing test report and a document that does not match the product need different evidence. We review the affected ASINs, marketplace, incident details and requested records, then prepare the relevant response.

  6. Another account or product warning?

We also assess authenticity and IP complaints, restricted-product concerns, performance and fulfillment warnings, verification requests and related-account allegations. If the message involves several issues or you are unsure what it means, send it through the form. We will identify the right people and response for your case.

How we handle your case

We work with you through the deadline and follow-up.

Send the warning when it arrives. You do not need to wait for Monday, morning or the end of a holiday. We review the urgency, identify the response route and explain the scope and fee for the work.

Our appeal, legal and compliance teams can work from the same case record. We also assess consequences beyond acceptance, including restricted listings, affected inventory and corrections that must actually be completed.

Understand the risks beyond an accepted appeal
  1. Assess the warning and immediate exposure

We read the complete Performance Notification or compliance request, confirm the stated deadline and review earlier responses. We check whether the account, ASIN, offer or FBA inventory is affected and identify the records needed next.

  2. Build the response around the evidence

We investigate the allegation and prepare a supported dispute, document response or corrective Plan of Action where the issue and response route call for one. Any claimed corrective action must match what has actually been done.

  3. Manage the agreed submissions and follow-ups

We coordinate the agreed response, revisions and follow-ups, explain actions you need to complete in Seller Central and review new requests from Amazon. The case is assessed beyond the first acceptance message, including any separate restriction that remains.

Service lines

Find the service that fits your case.

An urgent warning, account enforcement, a blocked ASIN, verification, an IP complaint or regulatory documents: each needs a different response. These are the six service lines we handle.

Urgent Amazon warnings: FAQs

Clear next steps when the deadline is short and the account or listing is at risk.

Does Amazon always give sellers 48 hours to respond?

No. Some warnings give 48 hours, but the deadline and required action depend on the message. Check the Performance Notification, Account Health and any relevant compliance request. Send the complete message, deadline and time zone if stated so we can prioritize the case around the actual requirement.

Can you help at night, on weekends or during holidays?

Yes. We prioritize urgent Amazon warnings, including nights, weekends and holidays. Send your message and deadline as soon as possible rather than waiting for the next business day. We assess the available record and explain the proposed work and fee. Amazon controls its own review times and decision.

Can my account be active while an ASIN or inventory is restricted?

Yes. Account status, individual ASINs, offers and FBA inventory can have different restrictions. We check each affected level and what Amazon requires for it. An accepted account-level response does not automatically reactivate every listing or release inventory.

What should I send when time is short?

Start with Amazon's complete message, the deadline, affected ASINs and marketplace, what remains active, and any response already sent. Include the records you have now. We identify additional evidence needed for the case; you do not need a perfectly organized file before contacting us.

Does every warning need a Plan of Action?

No. A supported dispute, requested documents or a corrective Plan of Action may be appropriate depending on the issue and response route. We investigate first and connect the response to genuine records and completed actions. We do not invent a root cause or claim a correction has been completed when it has not.

What if the evidence cannot be completed before the deadline?

Send the warning and available records promptly. We assess the missing evidence, available response route and what can accurately be submitted or clarified before the stated deadline. Do not assume that contacting support extends it or that an extension will be granted.

Which account and product warnings do you handle?

We handle review-policy allegations; defective, damaged and used-sold-as-new complaints; and product-safety or compliance-document requests. We also assess other account-level and ASIN-level warnings, including authenticity, IP, restricted products, performance and verification. Send the complete message if the issue is unclear or several restrictions overlap. We will identify the response and evidence needed.

What does your urgent-warning service include?

We assess the warning, deadline, account history and affected products, then agree the scope and fee. The work can include investigation, appeal and evidence preparation, agreed submissions, revisions and follow-ups, with legal or regulatory input where relevant. We explain which actions you must complete in Seller Central.

Can you guarantee that Amazon will not suspend my account?

No. Amazon controls enforcement and the final decision. Our role is to prepare and manage the agreed response, investigate the underlying issue and help you understand any remaining account, listing or inventory requirements. An accepted appeal alone may not resolve every restriction.

A short deadline should not leave you handling this alone.

Send Amazon's message and deadline now. We prioritize urgent warnings, including nights, weekends and holidays, and explain the approach and fee for the proposed work.
