Hey Guys, I just wanted to share my story quickly as it may help some of you 😊 Amazon incorrectly placed an 'Adult' flag on my listing making it unsearchable, this was a real nightmare as they rejected 2 appeals and I had a big order on its way. I'd been struggling with a deactivated listing for about two months due to an incorrect pesticide tag. No one seemed to be able to help me. I'd tried everything but the case did not seem to move forward at all. I was really on the edge of giving up. It was taken over by another brand in February; they removed all our content including EBC in an attempt to attribute our 763 reviews to their product. Amazon were not very helpful and eventually issued a Policy Violation to us for trying to change the content back to the correct product.
